Dental Insurance
We accept most dental insurance plans, and as a courtesy, we will file your dental insurance claim for you.
Our friendly and experienced staff at Lincoln Park Center for Dental Anesthesia will provide you with a treatment plan, including your estimated “out of pocket” expense for your dental treatment. We will evaluate your portion and ask you to pay that amount at the time of service.
Unfortunately, your dental insurance company will only pay for a portion of your dental care. Cosmetic procedures like teeth whitening in Chicago, IL are usually not covered. We work closely with all insurance carriers and make dentistry affordable in Chicago, IL to all of our patients.
